These answers apply to the current Echo Set app and its NoteStep support flow.
What is Echo Set for?
Echo Set is a mobile workout tracker for fast set logging, structured training plans, progress analytics, profile settings, localization, Supabase sync, and Pro access.
Is Echo Set AI Trainer a chat product?
No. Echo Set treats AI Trainer as structured buttons and forms, not open-ended chat. The goal is actionable workouts and plans that fit the Workout, Progress, Plans, and Profile tabs.
What subscriptions does Echo Set use?
Echo Set currently uses Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Pro subscription products. Quarterly is the recommended/default plan and Yearly is positioned as best value.
Where do I manage billing or refunds?
Apple App Store and Google Play handle store billing, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment methods. RevenueCat may be used by the app to read the Echo Set Pro entitlement.
What should I include in a workout support request?
Include the app name, device model, operating system version, app version, and the tab or flow involved, such as Workout logging, AI Generate Today, Plans, Progress, Profile, subscription, or localization.
