These answers apply to the current Chef Edition app and its NoteStep support flow.

What is Chef Edition for?

Chef Edition is a mobile cooking app for building a cooking profile, saving recipes, organizing chef collections, and planning food moments with friends, groups, and events.

What subscriptions does Chef Edition use?

Chef Edition is designed around simple premium access: Yearly and Lifetime. The older quarterly product is historical compatibility only and should not be treated as the active public offer.

Where do I manage billing or refunds?

Apple App Store and Google Play handle final billing, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment methods. RevenueCat may help the app read purchase state, but store billing stays with the store account used to purchase.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the app name, your account email if relevant, device model, operating system version, app version, and whether the issue is about recipes, collections, friends, events, purchases, or account data.

Can I send recipes or sensitive information through the website form?

Use the website form for support context only. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private authentication codes, or highly sensitive personal information through the contact form.
